Thank you so much for considering Leisure Works for your hot tub and swim spa service needs.

In most instances, you are not required to be home for service. If you have special circumstances that require you to be home, such as an indoor installation, a locked gate, or a big scary dog, we will work with your availability.  We will do our best to accommodate your schedule and your needs. We strive to make this process simple, quick, and easy for our customers.

Leisure Works performs service Monday through Friday, with the exception of major holidays.

Our appointment arrival times are as follows:

• 8am-10am
• 9am-11am
• 10am-12noon
• 11am-1pm
• 12noon-2pm
• 1pm-3pm
• 2pm-4pm

Leisure Works is one of the few hot tub and swim spa service companies IN THE WORLD that does not charge for warranty service.  When you purchase from Leisure Works, all warranty service will include a free visit to your home. We do not charge a trip fee when your unit is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

In an attempt to be as transparent as possible with our service, please note the following instances. Hot tub and swim spa warranties have exclusions. Even if your spa is within the warranty coverage period, you will be charged for a non-warranty service call if the cause is excluded from coverage. Please refer to your warranty for specifics, but some examples of excluded components are pillows, fuses, dirty filters, freeze damage, lack of access, and external electrical parts.

Our non-warranty rates for service are as follows.

Please note, all non-warranty service calls incur a minimum of one hour labor.

$80 trip charge & $80 per hour labor.

Total minimum charge – $160 plus parts.

Leak detection incurs a $160 trip charge & $80 per hour labor.

Total minimum charge – $240 plus parts. Spa relocation is quoted on an as needed basis if repairs cannot be made on site, or if the spa must be moved for accessibility.

Hot Tub and Swim Spa Winterizations

If you fly south to avoid the Michigan winter, please do not drain your spa without having it properly winterized.  Doing so can cost you thousands of dollars in damage. Prevent costly repairs by hiring Leisure Works for your hot tub and swim spa winterizations.  Our factory trained, certified technicians will do the job right.
