Have had a great experience overall, I’m on my second hot tub from LW, the service and support has been steady when needed. Only issue I’ve had was a couple control panels that were not waterproofed enough and had to be replaced but that was a manufacturer issue and LW service quickly replaced them for me.

One of the panels on the side of the hot tub came loose due to frequent use (lifting the cover).  Service came out within three days and was able to repair it by replacing screws and adding them on both sides of the lifting mechanism to stabilize the lift.  It was an economical solution to the problem.  The service people are always prompt, efficient, great at communicating what needs to be done, and considerate.  It's a great service organization!
